Open Question: Where can I find free dance lessons in tucson AZ?

I know this is in the wrong section but I really need an answer to this. I am 15 and I have wanted to learn Jazz, ballet, hula, belly dancing, or hip-hop all my life. I don't have any money for this sort of thing though. I have 8 siblings and we are bieng raised by our single mother and she only makes about 500 a week.
